Lei Long is a third-party Transformer homage to ''Generation 1'' Sludge. He combines with his team members to form Ares.

The name Lei Long is Chinese for Brontosaurus. It can also be translated as "thunder dragon".

A version of this toy colored like ''Age of Extinction'' Slash and sold under the name Kuang Lei. The Jin Jiang Toys web site refers to this toy as Snapdragon, but it should not be confused with the [[Snapdragon (Transformers)|Transformers character of that name]].
