Huq joined the &amp;#039;&amp;#039;[[Pakistan Observer]]&amp;#039;&amp;#039; in 1951 as joint editor and after the independence of Bangladesh in 1971 he joined &amp;#039;&amp;#039;[[The Bangladesh Observer]]&amp;#039;&amp;#039; as the editor.
