Ibrahim Al-Haidos (born 25 December 1986) is a Qatari entrepreneur known for founding the luxury brand Fursan, which specializes in leather goods and silk accessories.[1] He has also launched brands in children’s educational toys and the souvenir and gift industry.

Early life and education

Al-Haidos earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Liverpool in the United Kingdom.[2] He later completed an Executive Master in Business Unit Management and a Luxury Certificate Diploma at HEC Paris.[3]

Career

Al-Haidos founded Fursan, considered one of the first Qatari luxury brands focused on leather goods and silk scarves.[4]

He later established MagnaTech, a magnetic building toy company, and Cheval, a souvenirs and gifts business. In addition to his consumer brand ventures, Al-Haidos has been involved in real-estate projects in Qatar.[5]

Al-Haidos has also taken part in mobility-related initiatives in Qatar, including projects supporting local transportation development.[6]
