Hashim Tariq Bhat[1] born (12 October 2002) in the Ganderbal district of Jammu and Kashmir, is an entrepreneur, author, digital consultant, and photographer.[2][3] He is widely recognised for his contribution to contemporary photography in Kashmir and for documenting nature, culture, and the emotional depth of everyday life through his lens. Hashim was contemplating in class sixth,[4] when he got a Mobile telephone from his folks and he involved it for great reason as he caught a few decent shots from that device.[5][6]

His photography has been featured in multiple regional and national media outlets, earning him recognition as one of the emerging young photographers from Kashmir.

Author
Hashim composed[7] his first book named "Daleel The Story Of My Snaps".[8] This book highlighted the emotional connection between humans and nature, with each photograph accompanied by a short narrative.
His second book **"The Anecdote"**, further expands his creative philosophy by blending visuals with reflective stories. Both books have been praised for their originality and simple yet powerful storytelling style.[9]
He is currently working on new books, motivational writings, and digital content designed to inspire youth, especially those beginning their journey in creative fields.

Hashim has also mentored aspiring photographers and digital storytellers, helping many young talents publish their work. He recently started a magazine initiative aimed at giving a platform to budding writers, poets, and visual artists. On being asked about the challenges he faced as a photographer, he often highlights the lack of resources, harsh weather, and socio-economic obstacles — yet he continued pursuing his passion with determination.[17]
