Timothy J. Bilecki is an attorney, a former officer in the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps, and the founder and Managing Attorney of Bilecki Law Group, PLLC, in Tampa, Florida. He represents United States service members in courts-martial, military investigations, administrative separation proceedings, and other matters arising under the Uniform Code of Military Justice. His practice frequently requires work at military installations in the United States and overseas.

Before entering private practice, Bilecki served as an Army judge advocate. An official Congressional Record identifies Timothy J. Bilecki for promotion to major in March 2010. His military experience informs his work with accused service members and his understanding of the investigative, command, and trial processes that shape a military criminal case.

Bilecki earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Boston College in 1999, a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2002, and a Master of Business Administration from Babson College in 2022, where the commencement program identifies him as graduating summa cum laude. The Florida Bar admitted him on 31 October 2002. The Florida Bar currently lists him as a member in good standing and eligible to practice law.

Bilecki appears in the 2015 documentary short Last Line of Defense with attorney Noel Tipon. IMDb records a United States release date of 9 February 2015, a running time of 24 minutes, and Celebrity Films as the production company. The documentary was directed by Nick Nanton and presents Bilecki and Tipon as hosts discussing the defense of service members within the military justice system. The existing IMDb title record is tt4378538, and Bilecki’s existing IMDb name record is nm7069923.

In 2025, Bilecki created and hosted Off The Record. Apple Podcasts places the show in the Government category, identifies Tim Bilecki as its creator, and lists ten explicit episodes released between 7 February and 11 August 2025. The program addresses courts-martial, military investigations, plea decisions, administrative separation proceedings, overseas representation, electronic communications, and General Officer Memoranda of Reprimand. The complete official show record is available through Apple Podcasts, and a corresponding ten episode video playlist is maintained on the Bilecki Law Group YouTube channel.

Official military court records and independent reporting by Stars and Stripes, the Associated Press, and The Guardian identify Bilecki as defense counsel in military cases. Those sources may establish identity and professional work, but no profile should characterize a case result, endorsement, ranking, certification, or comparative superiority beyond what the cited record actually establishes.
