The Robert J Fischer Team (RJF Team) is a Round Rock, Texas-based real estate brokerage group affiliated with Keller Williams Realty.[1] Founded in 2005, the group provides commercial and residential real estate services across the Greater Austin and Central Texas markets.[2]
Operations and Growth
Robert J. Fischer established the firm in 2005 as a single-agent operation.[3] Initially operating out of the Keller Williams Northwest Market Center in Austin, the team later moved its headquarters to the Round Rock Market Center. The firm has since scaled to include a team of licensed professionals ranging from nine to fifteen agents, fluctuating with market demand.[4]
The RJF Team services a wide geographic area covering Williamson, Travis, Bastrop, Hays, Caldwell, and Burnet counties. Key markets include Austin, Round Rock, Leander, Georgetown, Liberty Hill, and Taylor.[5]
Community Initiatives
The company maintains a philanthropic arm known as The Cares Alliance (formerly RJF Team CARES). This nonprofit was established by Robert and Michelle Fischer in 2016.[6] The team's business activities have also received media coverage, including features on The Open House Show.[7]
