Parvej Husen Talukder

Md. Parvej Husen Talukder is a Bangladeshi poet, children's literature author, internet entrepreneur^[1], former CEO, and current Chairman of Bhikitia.^[2] He is the founder of Kavya Kishor International and Bhikitia.^[3]

Biography

Md. Parvej Husen Talukder, born on August 23, 2005^[4], at Jatichar in Sunamganj, Bangladesh.

Education

Parvej completed his pre-primary and primary education from Amira Atif Shishu Kanon, Gochiya and Gochiya Government Primary School.^[5] He achieved JSC (2019) and SSC (2022) from Gochiya Shamsuddin Sikandar High School.^[5] He completed HSC in 2024 from Sylhet Science and Technology College and currently studying Computer science and engineering in Sylhet International University.^[6]

Literature

Parvej often called the King Rhymester of Haor Region^[7], he founded Kavya Kishor International^[8] and created WikiGenius^[9]. Notable works include Chorar Jhalak, ABC's Rhymes^[10], Smritir Dhrubatara^[11], and Foring Nache Tentena.^[4]

Bhikitia founding

On October 1, 2024, he launched the Bhikitia's main site and the next day, it began its journey with Bengali Bhikitia, which is the Bengali-language edition of Bhikitia^[12]. A month later, Parvej announced the launch of the English edition of Bhikitia. It was founded to create an open resource encompassing Bangladesh’s history, culture, literature, science, and globally significant educational content^[13], he established this encyclopedia.^[14]

Criticism

Talukder has faced criticism for his association with Bhikitia, accused of prioritizing personal interests and influencing its editorial practices. ^{(Source need)}
