Md. Parvej Husen Talukder (born 23 August 2005) is a Bangladeshi poet, children’s literature author, competitive programmer, web developer, and internet entrepreneur[1]. He is the founder of Kavya Kishor International, Bhikitia, and VextraWeb, and co‑founder of WikiGenius and Daily Topnotch.[2]

Parvej completed his pre-primary and primary education from Amira Atif Shishu Kanon, Gochiya and Gochiya Government Primary School.[1] He achieved JSC (2019) and SSC (2022) from Gochiya Shamsuddin Sikandar High School.[1] He completed HSC in 2024 from Sylhet Science and Technology College and currently studying Computer science and engineering in Sylhet International University.[4]

Literary Career

Parvej first gained public attention for his poetry and children’s literature, especially among youth readers in Bangladesh. He is often referred to as the King Rhymester of Haor Region for his creative rhymes and poetry.[5] In 2020, he founded Kavya Kishor International (KKI)[1], a nonprofit international literary organization that promotes poetry, creative writing, and youth literature globally. Notable contributors to KKI include established poets and writers from Bangladesh and abroad[2]. Notable works include Chorar Jhalak, ABC's Rhymes[6], Smritir Dhrubatara[7], and Foring Nache Tentena.[3] Parvej has also worked as a freelance journalist and editor, contributing content to various publications and literary platforms.[8]

In addition to his literary achievements, Parvej Husen Talukder has actively pursued competitive programming and web development during his academic career. He is a Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) undergraduate at Sylhet International University, where he has applied his programming skills in real technical challenges. [5]

On October 1, 2024, he launched the Bhikitia's main site and the next day, it began its journey with Bengali Bhikitia, which is the Bengali-language edition of Bhikitia[11]. A month later, Parvej announced the launch of the English edition of Bhikitia. It was founded to create an open resource encompassing Bangladesh’s history, culture, literature, science, and globally significant educational content[12], he established this encyclopedia.[13] He served as the founding CEO before transitioning in June 2025 to Chairman and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), overseeing strategic governance, financial planning, and the platform’s long-term growth.[11]
